Agepro starts legalization process for Felipe Carrillo Puerto land owners

Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Q.R. — The Strategic Projects Agency of the State of Quintana Roo (Agepro) has begun a detailed census of the settlements in Felipe Carrillo Puerto. The census are being done to gather information on land occupants, which is critical for assessing the viability of future land regularization and titling processes.

According to Agepro (Agencia de Proyectos Estratégicos del Estado de Quintana Roo ), the information collected from occupants will be used to assess the feasibility of future ownership contracts.

This initiative, they say, is part of the state government’s commitment to close inequality gaps and guarantee access to legality. The census will identify families that need to regularize their financial situation, ensuring that subsequent processes are carried out in a fair and transparent manner.

Agepro reaffirms its commitment to offering accessible and reliable procedures, ensuring that citizens can move forward with the formalization of their properties with security and confidence.

Official land titles will also promote orderly and sustainable urban development in Felipe Carrillo Puerto.
