Bacalar, Q.R. — Dodging potholes has been the reported cause of an overturned water truck in Bacalar. The truck was located on its roof Saturday near the town of Reforma in the municipality of Bacalar.
According to local reports, residents saw the heavy vehicle overturned on the road that connects the municipal capital with the community approximately four kilometers from Reforma.
Agents from the Citizen Security Secretariat arrived at the scene where they learned the driver was attempting to avoid potholes when he lost control and spilled over onto his roof.
