Bacalar, Q.R. — The Mexican Navy has seized 1,800 kilos of cocaine from a vessel in the municipality of Bacalar. The Secretary of the Navy made the report Tuesday, saying the seizure was made “in recent days”.

The vessel arrived in the vicinity of Punta Pulticub in the municipality of Bacalar. Once stopped, Navy personnel proceeded to inspect the boat, locating 91 packages of cocaine that they report, totaled 1,800 kilos.
