Puerto Morelos, Q.R. — Three men remain jailed after police in Puerto Morelos found them in possession of drugs and cash. In a news briefing, authorities reported the arrest of the three men from a beach area of Puerto Morelos.
Police say Rodbin “N”, Víctor Manuel “N” and Jorge “N” were jailed on drug-related charges after patrolling officers saw the three exchanging, what they believed at the time, were bags of narcotics.
The trio scattered toward the beach when they saw police nearing. All three were intercepted and inspected. Police reported finding 40 bags of marijuana and 30 bags of crack cocaine. An undisclosed amount of cash was also found during their arrests.
