Puerto Morelos, Q.R. — Police report the arrest of a male subject after he was found carrying a weapon on Puerto Morelos streets.
The man, who has only been identified as a 39-year-old from Tabasco, was arrested by Municipal Police after finding a gun and extra ammunition tucked into his waste.
The police report details that the subject was walking down the street with an elusive attitude when he saw police. They pulled over and began a routine review. It was during the inspection police detected his 38-caliber revolver in addition to ammunition.
The weapon was secured by la Fiscalía General del Estado since the subject did not have permission to carry it.
