Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Q.R. — A 23-year-old Felipe Carrillo Puerto resident remains missing after being abducted in the middle of the night. The young man identified only as M.N., went missing around 3:00 a.m. while outside his home.
According to neighbor reports of the residential subdivision of Santa Ana, the young man was consuming alcoholic beverages outside when a truck pulled up. Subjects from inside the truck hopped out and forced him into their waiting vehicle before speeding away.
It was neighbor witnesses who made the 911 report. The abduction happened in the Mayan town of Tihosuco in the municipality of Felipe Carrillo Puerto. Police have not been able to locate the young man or the vehicle of subjects that abducted him.
