Cancun, Q.R. — Three men have been charged with homicide in the November 25 robbery of a Cancun warehouse.
Didier Jesús “N”, Jonathan Alejandro “N” and Moisés “N”, who were detained by elements of the Investigative Police in Superblock 227 of Cancun, have all been charged after three people died during the November payroll heist.
Investigative Police repelled an attack during the capture of two subjects shortly after the robbery. During the exchange of gunfire, one of the three criminals died after being hit by police bullets. Moisés “N was arrested from that scene.
In a separate operation, police arrested Didier Jesús “N” and Jonathan Alejandro “N”, the State Attorney General explained in an official statement.
“The three detainees are identified as allegedly responsible for the robbery and qualified homicide that occurred at the Maranatha Materials Warehouse located in Supermanzana 226 in the events of November 25 of this year.
“The probable perpetrators, Didier Jesús “N”, Jonathan Alejandro “N” and Moisés “N”, were placed at the disposal a judge,” they added. Official charges have been laid. All three will remain imprisoned during their trials.
