Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Municipal police in Playa del Carmen found a bag of marijuana after a report of it lying along a residential roadway.
The report was made to Emergency 911 by a passersby who reported a suspicious bag giving off a foul odor. The passerby noticed the bag lying along a main street in the residential subdivision of Villas del Sol.
When police arrived, they found the bag contained 165 street doses of marijuana.
Police seized the bag, however, there was no word as to why the bag was left on the roadway.
