Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A taxi driver from the Lázaro Cárdenas del Río union was found shot multiple times in a Playa del Carmen neighborhood, the second in less than 24 hours.
The taxi driver was gunned down while inside his unit on Avenue 130 and Calle 20 in Colonia Ejido.
Police were quick on scene after the reported murder, arresting one male they found carrying a weapon.
Less than 24-hours earlier, another Playa del Carmen taxi driver was shot and killed outside the Bali subdivision while sitting inside his unit.
