Chetumal, Q.R. — Area residents near the Chetumal neighborhood of Alboledas reported the discovery of a bagged body. The body was stumbled upon around 7:00 a.m.
It was found laying in the middle of a green area at the end of Machuca Avenue. Elements of the Quintana Roo Police arrived to verify the finding. The only public information released was that the body was that of an adult male.
The body was seen wrapped in a taped black bag and left abandoned at the end of the avenue. It is the second bagged body found in the state’s capital city in two weeks.
On October 14, the body of a man was found shortly after 3:00 a.m. along Boulevard Bahía de Chetumal. Police and the National Guard located the bagged male along with a threat message written on cardboard.
