Cancún, Q.R. — The quick-thinking employees of a Cancun Coppel store who made a call for help has led to the arrest of two men.
Two men reportedly arrived at the Multiplaza Arco Norte Coppel store on a motorcycle where they entered armed with guns. It was just before 8:00 p.m. Friday that Emergency 911 received the call for help with an employee saying they were in the process of being robbed.
Police arrived and were able to take both men into custody since they were caught behind the plaza with the stolen money. They were also found carrying weapons. Both were transferred to the Public Security division for processing.
