Cancun, Q.R. — A man has been taken into custody in central Cancun after a warrant for his arrest was issued by a local judge for his suspected involvement in two city murders.
The man, identified as 37-year-old Luis Miguel G.R., was arrested outside a supermarket by federal police in the vicinity of the city’s center. They say that Luis Miguel, who goes by the name El Pelón, is also accused of belonging to a criminal group.
