Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — Over 37 million pesos is being invested in nine projects for Puerto Aventuras. Solidaridad mayor Lili Campos, says the money is being allocated to the mayor’s office to address backlogged projects.
“Puerto Aventuras will have a historic budget,” this year she said noting that in 2022, the town was allocated 5.1 million pesos and in 2021, only 1.5 million.
The mayor said that the needs of citizens will be met efficiently which will include the remodeling of popular parks as well as streets, sidewalks, drainage wells and pedestrian crossings.
Puerto Aventuras mayor Gilberto Martínez, thanked Campos for the support “with all the projects and actions that were approved for this year. They will be of great importance for the development of the town, which will see a complete change over the lag that we have had for years.”
Last month, Campos announced that the town of Puerto Aventuras is scheduled to have two sets of traffic lights installed, the first for the growing town.
