“As a result of the investigations, it was identified that the detainee allegedly headed a network related to money laundering, arms trafficking and human trafficking, with a presence in the central area of Mexico City, Tijuana, Baja California, and Cancun, Quintana Roo,” they reported.
Based on this information, agents carried out fixed, mobile and follow-up surveillance through which they identified a property related to the illicit activities. Police obtained sufficient evidence that resulted in a judicially-issued search warrant.
