Cancun, Q.R. — Presenting a fake driver’s license at the Cancun International Airport to board a flight has resulted in one arrest.
Federal police report a young man attempting to board a flight from the Cancun airport using a false Quintana Roo driver’s license. The young man, who was attempting to fly to Monterrey, presented a driver’s license that police say showed several irregularities.
Members of the Federal Police were performing routine passenger surveillance when they came across the young man. He was taken into custody and presented to the Public Ministry.
