Cancun, Q.R. — Two more bodies have been found in an advanced state of decomposition off a main roadway of Cancun. The latest pair of bodies were discovered Tuesday afternoon SM 301.
Police verified the finding along a dirt road off the city’s busy Huayacán Avenue that runs behind the Cancun International Airport.
According to preliminary reports, this latest discovery occurred shortly after noon by passersby. Both bodies are reported to be male. Police cordoned off the area while evidence was collected and the bodies removed.
Earlier this week, two bodies were located by a passerby off another busy roadway that also runs behind the airport. Local authorities have not made a pubic statement regarding either of the discoveries.
