Chetumal, Q.R. — Two people died and three others were injured when a truck overturned on the Francisco Villa-Graciano Sánchez highway. The Friday night accident was attended to by Chetumal emergency services.
A cause for the accident was not provided at the time, only that two people from truck were killed in the single vehicle crash. Personnel from Chetumal located the truck overturned in the ditch several kilometers from the community of San Pedro de Peralta.
Area residents rushed to the scene to try and help the injured. Chetumal medical personnel and firemen confirmed the death of two people who died before their arrival.
