Cancun, Q.R. — Three men are set to be tried for murder in Cancun. Alan Daniel “N”, Alejandro Manuel “N” and Alejandro “N” continue to be imprisoned as they wait for their trial date.

In a statement from the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE), the three males have been charged “for their probable participation in the crime of homicide to the detriment of a victim of confidential identity that occurred on June 27 of the current year.”

According to the FGE, on June 27, 2023, Alan Daniel “N”, Alejandro Manuel “N” and Alejandro “N”, after planning, went to a construction site located on Bonampak Avenue where they allegedly killed a worker.

The three were picked up the next day on arrest warrants. A Cancun judge has ordered all three “to remain in preventive detention for a term of two years and a period of five months for the closure of the investigation,” the FGE stated.
