Puerto Aventuras, Q,R. — Solidaridad police attended to the report of an overturned SUV in Puerto Aventuras Wednesday. The vehicle was found laying on its side blocking the descend lane.
According to the unidentified driver, the SUV was pushed over by another vehicle after being hit from behind. The responsible driver fled. The driver of the overturned SUV suffered only minor injuries and was not treated.
The National Guard highway unit were also at the scene to help deal with traffic until a tow truck arrived to upright and remove the SUV.
