Chetumal, Q.R. — A man found with drugs and a loaded gun attempting to enter Chetumal has been detained. The SSP of Quintana Roo reported on the arrest of Lázaro “N” for drug and firearm possession.
According to their press information, Lázaro “N” was asked to stop at the police filter entering the city of Chetumal. However, he attempted to evade the police check stop.
He was pulled over and inspected, which is when officers located bags of two different types of drugs, a black tactical knife and a loaded .38 caliber firearm in his black Escalade. Cash was also found, but police did not detail the amount.
