Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — Solidaridad Police are investigating the possibility of arson after two catamarans burned in Puerto Aventuras. On Saturday morning the two boats were seen ablaze by residents from a nearby complex that overlooks the marina.
Firemen were called around 4:30 a.m., arriving only to find that the two vessels were already completely engulfed in flames. Both catamarans were burned in their entirety. Once extinguished, the remaining pieces were removed from the north dock where they had been moored.
