Chetumal, Q.R. — Chetumal police spent Sunday morning responding to the report of a shooting that left two men dead. Neighbors reported hearing gunfire early Sunday morning to emergency services.
Police responding to the report arrived at a private home on Chablé Street to find two dead men and one injured. The injured man was taken to hospital in serious condition.
The three men were sitting outside the home on a sofa when a motorcycle is said to have arrived from where the passenger opened fire against the men.
Police collected shell casings and witness statements from the scene. Arrests have not been announced. Authorities have not provided a possible motive for the deadly shooting.
