Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — A local hotel company is hoping to be approved for a project within their complex. On Vacation Hotels has submitted a Manifestación de Impacto Ambiental (MIA) for eventual approval to build Puerto Aqua.
The project would be constructed within their hotel complex in Puerto Aventuras. The company is currently seeking a change of land use with the Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat).
If approved, the 6,300 square meter Puerto Aqua project would cost 152 million peso and include the construction of a 48-apartment complex in five four-story buildings.
