Mahahual, Q.R. — A man has been charged with attempted murder from a June 15th incident located outside Mahahual. In a press release, the FGE of Quintana Roo reported the official charges against Faustino “H”.
In their statement, the agency said that Faustino “H” is alleged to have participated in the commission of the crime of attempted murder to the detriment of a male person. The incident took place on June 15, at a ranch located on the Mahahual – Xcalak highway.
According to their investigation, Faustino H is alleged to have arrived at the ranch and fired several shots at the victim, “causing several injuries to the victim’s face.” A Chetumal judge has ordered Faustino “H” to be held in preventative detention for the duration of his trial.
