Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — The weekend victim of a hit and run outside Puerto Aventuras has not been identified. A man was killed early Sunday morning along the federal highway when his motorcycle was hit by a vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle did not stop. The motorcycle driver was found dead on scene by responding paramedics.
Reports say the driver of the motorcycle was a hotel worker who had just left work when he was struck.
Public Security and Transit cordoned off a section of the highway and flagged the area while waiting for the National Guard Roads Division. Information surrounding the hit and run, including the identity of the now-deceased remains unknown.
