Four arrested after refusing to let women leave Puerto Aventuras house party

Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — Four men have been arrested after being accused of holding two women captive. The women were rescued by Solidaridad police officers after a neighbor reported hearing cries for help.

On Sunday morning, police went to the Puerto Aventuras home in the Puerto Maya subdivision where the neighbor reported hearing the cries. When they arrived, they found the two women inside the home.

The women told police that the men were holding them captive and that they had gone out. While doing so, the four men were involved in an accident when the driver rear ended a small cargo truck.

Police responding to the two vehicle accident on Calzada del Sol Street found more than 150 bags of various narcotics inside the crunched car. They also related the four men as being those who lived at the home where the two women were being held.

Preliminary reports say the two women were at the home during a party the night before and the four men refused to let them leave.

From the home, police seized ammo, two motorcycles and one vehicle. The women were rescued from the home and since released from police custody. Arrested was 29-year-old Adrián “N”, 40-year-old Jesús “N”, 28-year-old Arturo “N” and 23-year-old Luis “N”.
