Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — A pickup driver sustained minor injuries Sunday after hitting a bus that left the front driver’s side of his vehicle destroyed.
The two vehicle crash happened under the Puerto Aventuras overpass Sunday afternoon.
The driver of the pickup truck is alleged to have carelessly slammed into the front passenger side of the bus while the bus driver was entering the federal highway via a retorno.
Both vehicles were heading for Playa del Carmen at the time of the crash.
Paramedics evaulated the driver of the pickup at the secne and determined there were no injuries.
Both vehicles were damaged. National Guard Highways arrived to sort out responsibilities.
