Chetumal, Q.R. — A woman was killed Monday evening outside the city of Chetumal after colliding her motorcycle with a dump truck. An ambulance was called around 5:45 p.m. Monday to the highway scene near the city entrance.
Responding paramedics found the woman and her motorcycle under the truck. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to early witness information, the woman was traveling fast and ignored a marked stop sign. She collided with the side of the large industrial truck as it slowed to enter a work area.
