Othón P. Blanco, Q.R. — A man reported kidnapped in the municipality of Othón P. Blanco has been located. Police began a search for the 62 year old after receiving a report.
According to authorities, Manual “N” was found near the town of Palmar from where he was abducted. During his rescue, the man manifested pain in the abdomen, wrists and knees, product of blows by his kidnappers.
Manuel “N” was transferred to receive medical attention in the city of Chetumal and later admitted to the General Hospital.
Manuel “N” is reportedly the former president of the Ejidal Commissariat of Juan Sarabia, who was kidnapped late Tuesday night from the community of El Palmar by two hooded men who forced him into a red truck.
