Chetumal, Q. R. — A search warrant for a home in the Caribe Fractionation of Chetumal has resulted in the arrests of one adult and one adolescent.
The Quintana Roo State Attorney General’s Office reported the arrests after a search of the home revealed numerous bags of narcotics. The property was searched after police received an anonymous complaint which allowed for the identification of a property and a subsequent search warrant.
In the home on San Vicente Street in the Caribe subdivision of the city of Chetumal police found numerous packages of marijuana, cocaine and crystal meth along with “objects probably used for the distribution of narcotics.”
At the scene, a person identified as Adrián “V” was arrested along with an adolescent person who was turned over to the specialized prosecutor’s office for Children and Adolescents.
