Cancun, Q.R. — A man was shot to death Saturday night as he left a beer store in Cancun. Area residents reported the shooting to emergency services at 8:30 p.m. from the Villas Otoch Paraíso subdivision.
Police located the body of the deceased male in a parking lot near Ninos Heroes Avenue. Witnesses told authorities that when the man left the store, he was intercepted by another man who shot at him several times.
The victim, 23-year-old Édgar M.H. from Chiapas, was identified by his brother at the scene of the shooting. The young man was shot three times. An arrest in the targeted attack was not announced.
