Cancun, Q.R. — Two women who are reported to be sisters, have been arrested in the murder of a man in Cancun. The two women have been identified as Gladys B and Clarisa B.

The 18 and 22-year-old women were arrested by Cancun police Sunday for their alleged involvement in the death of a 23-year-old man. The deceased, 23-year-old Manual N, was a Cancun taxi driver.

He was found dead inside his unit around 11:00 p.m. along 137 Avenue in Region 102 after nearby residents tried to help. Paramedics were called, however, he had already died. Reports say the young taxi driver was shot to death.

While police have not provided official details as to their arrest, reports say the death of the taxi driver was the result of an assault.
