Cancun, Q.R. — Two men wanted for the May stabbing death of a Cancun man have been arrested. The State Attorney General’s Office reports the detainment of Andrés R and Jacinto B for the homicide of a male person.
The men were wanted in the stabbing death of an unidentified male who was located by a female passerby on May 30. The woman was walking past a vacant lot on Avenida 20 de Noviembre in SM 206 when she came upon the body.
In a press release, Quintana Roo police say the two men alleged responsible for the death were arrested on a public roadway in SM 89. Both men have been transferred to the Center for Social Reintegration (Cereso) in Cancun.
