Cancun, Q.R. — A Cancun motorcycle driver was rushed to hospital with a shattered leg after being hit by a bus. The tourist bus and the motorbike crossed paths on Luis Donaldo Colosio Boulevard Tuesday evening.
Cancun Transit officers called for paramedics after arriving to find 51-year-old Jorge “A” and his bike partially under a front bus tire. The man’s left leg had been run over. He was helped by other motorists under authorities arrived.
Both the tourist bus and the private motorcycle were towed from the scene. Police will use city security cameras to determine who was at fault.
