Cancun, Q.R. — Three construction workers died Friday while working inside a residential building. The three men were part of a construction team of an up-and-coming complex along 135th Avenue.
While working inside one of the complexes early Friday afternoon, four men were exposed to a toxic chemical. Three of them died on scene while the fourth was rushed to hospital. They died after breathing it in. The exact type of chemical is not known.
Emergency 911 was alerted to the situation. Police and ambulances were sent in response. Cancun authorities have not released details surrounding the accident.
