Cancun, Q.R. — Two women and one man received injuries after the Cancun combi in which they were traveling, was involved in a collision.
The collision between the public combi and company pickup truck happened along José López Portillo Avenue. Municipal Transit Police attended to the 12:35 p.m. accident along with paramedics who provided first aid to the three injured combi passengers.
Transit agents indicated that the accident was caused by the pickup truck driver, 42-year-old Wilmart H.H., who failed to maintain a safe distance between vehicles. Their report noted that the pickup truck collided with the back of the passenger combi, which was being driven by 27-year-old Juan R.J. The driver of the combi was not injured.
