Cancun, Q.R. — Two men and one woman remain in custody for their alleged involvement in the murder of a Cancun man. Cancun police arrested Alberto “N”, Wilbert “N” and Sairi “N” on homicide and attempted homicide charges.
On Saturday, the three suspects were arrested after the body of a dead man was found inside an old medical facility in SM 65 of Cancun. The deceased man was located inside a water cistern. A second man, found injured but alive, was transferred to hospital.
Inside the facilities, police found the three now-detained hiding beside the cistern.
The discovery was made after the wife of the now-deceased man went looking for him. With the help of a friend, she located the building. She requested assistance from police who, upon entering the old facility, made the discoveries.
Police have not commented on the relationship of the three now-detained to the dead man or the man they found injured.
