Cancun, Q.R. — Three men have been charged for the July 24 murder of a city resident. One of the three arrested has also been charged in connection to the finding of a bagged body on July 21.
Over the weekend, Marcos Antonio “N”, Yair Alejandro “N” and Dulio César “N” were charged “for acts possibly constituting the crime of qualified homicide,” the State Attorney (FGE) verified in a briefing.
“According to the first acts of investigation, on July 24 of this year, when the victim was in in the Galaxias del Sol subdivision in SM 253, a gray vehicle was parked from which Marcos Antonio “N” and Yair Alejandro “N” got out, who fired with firearms, causing the victim to lose his life,” the Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) reported.
Dulio César “N” was arrested by elements of the Investigative Police on the streets of Cancun in SM 89. After his arrest, an investigation indicated that the accused is allegedly linked to events that occurred on July 21 of this year with the discovery of human remains contained in black bags near a garbage container in SM 253 in the Galaxias del Sol subdivision.
