Cancun, Q.R. — The State Attorney General (FGE) says Julio César “N” has been arrested as the third suspect in a recent Cancun kidnapping. According to police, he is facing charges of aggravated kidnapping after holding a victim five days while demanding 12 million pesos from the victim’s family.
Already charged in the same case are Cinthya Yareli “N” and Rodolfo Antonio “N”.
“Due to his alleged involvement in acts likely constituting the crime of aggravated kidnapping against a male victim, the State Attorney General’s Office executed an arrest warrant for an individual identified as Julio César “N.”
“The events that led to the arrest of the accused occurred on the afternoon of February 22 of this year, when the victim was driving his vehicle and was intercepted by Cinthya Yareli “N” and Rodolfo Antonio “N”, who have already been charged for this incident.

“After depriving him of his liberty, the aforementioned suspects took the victim to the Cancún-Mérida Highway. Upon reaching the intersection of the federal highway and the highway, they stopped. Julio César “N” was waiting for them in a vehicle, into which they took the victim to a property where they held him captive from February 22 to 27, while they demanded 12 million pesos from his family for his release,” the FGE reported.
