Cancun, Q.R. — Police say Fabián Alejandro “N” has been charged with aggravated homicide and attempted homicide. The charges stem from a July 24 incident that left a father dead and a mother and 10 month old girl hospitalized.
Police reported that Fabián Alejandro “N”, alias Minitoy, is responsible for ordering the hit that left a man dead. On the night of July 24 of this year when the victims were outside their home on 70th Street, two subjects arrived on a motorcycle, police said.
According to their statement, Joan “N” was driving the motorcycle and Brayan “N” was the one who fired the weapon and then fled. “As a result of this incident, the victims were taken to a hospital. One man died while two others, including a 10-month-old girl, were injured,” they reported.
“Investigations by the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Homicide point to Fabián Alejandro “N,” alias “Minitoy,” as the person who ordered the aforementioned individuals to take the victim’s life,” authorities added in their Thursday statement.

A judge has ordered Fabián Alejandro “N” two years of preventive detention or the duration of the judicial process. Police say that Joan “N” and Bryan “N” have already been charged with the same crimes and are also in preventive detention. Police have not commented on a motive for the fatal shooting.
