Riviera Maya, Q.R. — The State Attorney General (FGE) is offering a two million peso reward for information leading to an arrest. Authorities are in search of Edgar Landeros Galicia, a psychiatrist accused of drugging and sexually assaulting several of his patients.
Galicia was arrested and facing charges for rape, however, a judge ordered him house arrest in 2023 at which time he vanished. On Saturday, the FGE increased their reward from half a million pesos and then one million, to two million pesos for information leading to his arrest.
It is the third time since 2023 authorities have offered money in exchange for information on Edgar Landeros Galicia.
