Cancun, Q.R. — Six men have been charged with the rape of a patient checked into a addition clinic. The incident happened inside a clinic in the town of Alfredo V. Bonfil outside the city of Cancun.
Police say Jonathan David “N”, Gilberto Eli “N”, Carlos Yeudiel “N”, Jesús Eduardo “N”, Eduardo Enrique “N” and Jorge Rodrigo “N” have all been charged. A Cancun judge ordered all six to remain jailed during their trials.

Police said the teenager suffered physical and sexual assaults at the hands of Gilberto Eli “N”. Subsequently, in February 2026, the victim was again physically assaulted by Jesús Eduardo “N” and Eduardo Enrique “N” and suffered a sexual assault again by Gilberto Eli “N”.
“The following day, the teenager suffered another physical assault by Jesús Eduardo “N” and an accomplice. After the incident, the school principal took her to his office for questioning.
“In that same month, the victim went to therapy with a psychologist, who, after investigating what had happened, immediately requested her transfer to another clinic.
“Upon learning of the events, the teenager’s mother filed the corresponding complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office,” police reported.
Police say Jorge Rodrigo “N”, the alleged owner of the establishment, was charged for his probable participation in acts possibly constituting the crimes of rape and cover-up.
Authorities reported that during a search of the clinic, members of the Investigative Police secured a DVR of security cameras and clinical records in order to identify the likely perpetrators.
The property has since been secured and placed under the custody of the State Prosecutor’s Office (FGE).
