Seven stolen motorcycles found on same Cancun property

Cancun, Q.R. — Seven stolen motorcycles were located on the same Cancun property during a search Thursday. The motorcycles, all with current theft reports, were found during a warranted police search in the Hacienda Real del Caribe subdivision.

The Cancun property was searched by police Thursday evening due to an ongoing investigation that lead to them to a private home on Ixtla Street. There, police found seven stolen motorcycles.

In a police report authorities said “seven motorcycles with a current theft report were seized during the fulfillment of a search warrant on a property located in Cancun.

“The aforementioned procedure in which agents from the Investigative Police assigned to the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in Combating Vehicle and Transportation Theft participated, in coordination with the Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) and the National Guard, took place in a house located on Ixtla Street in the Hacienda Real del Caribe subdivision in Benito Juárez, where the vehicles were located.”
