Cancun, Q.R. — Police attended the scene where a taxi driver from the Andrés Quintana Roo syndicate was shot at close range inside his vehicle while parked in a subdivision of Cancun.
The attack was recorded early Thursday morning at the Villas Otoch Paraíso subdivision in SM 259. According to data from paramedics, the driver of the taxi was shot at head level and on the left side of his body, suggesting the attack was made from inside the car.
The body was removed by forensic medical personnel. La Fiscalía General del Estado continue to investigate.
