Cancun, Q.R. — Three people were reported injured Wednesday morning near the Cancun Maya Train station. A two vehicle collision left one vehicle on its roof and three people hurt.
Motorists called 9-1-1 after seeing the pickup truck and car collide. The accident happened at an intersection between a Kia K4 and a Nissan Frontier. The impact rolled the car onto its roof and drove the pickup onto the sidewalk.
National Guard were first on scene followed by paramedics who provide first aid to all three at the scene. They were transferred to hospital with minor injuries.
Traffic was disrupted for approximately one hour wile authorities determined how the accident happened and who was responsible.
