Cancun, Q.R. — Two youths who were seen carrying a box down a Cancun street caught the attention of patrol officers after they spotted police and ran.
Police say they were patrolling the streets of Region 259 on motorcycles when the two men saw them and fled on foot. Police began the chase, trapping the pair inside a building. Upon review, police found 100 packages of street doses of marijuana inside the box they were carrying.
Arrested was 21-year-old Luis Alberto G.C. from Tabasco and 22-year-old Ángel Alexis P.L. of Cancun.
