Cancun, Q.R. — One of two women shot outside their house in Cancun on Wednesday has died. The second remains in hospital. The two woman were attacked by bullets around 10:00 a.m. in region 234 by an unknown subject who allegedly approached them on foot.
Both women, a mother and daughter, were outside their house when the incident happened. One woman who was shot dead on scene, while the other was transferred to hospital in serious condition.
The deceased, Brenda N, was the adult daughter of the second woman who was shot and transferred to hospital. Police have not provided details or a possible motive for the shootings.
