Cancun, Q.R. — A man who was seen attempting to remove metal protection bars from a home has been jailed. Cancun police jailed 47-year-old Francisco N after he was reported for entering the house by removing the metal protection bars on the front door of the home of a woman.
When responding officers arrived at the house in SM 76, they found the man inside verbally and physically abusing the woman. They learned that Francisco N was the husband of the woman and that she has a restraining order against him for domestic violence.
Police went to the home after her minor son inside called 911 to report an aggressive man. The boy was in the house with his mother when he heard noises, which turned out to be the man removing the metal bars from the door.
