Cancun, Q.R. — A Sonora man with an outstanding arrest warrant was taken into police custody after landing at the Cancun International Airport Friday. Federal police arrested the man after he landed on an Aeromexico flight flight arriving from Mexico City.
Police say Elvis R.V. was taken into their custody in Terminal 4 of the Cancun airport after authorities learned about his outstanding arrest warrant in Hermosillo, Sonora. He was wanted on firearm-related charges.
