Cancun, Q.R. — A man with an arrest warrant in the state of Puebla has been captured in the city of Cancun. Eloy “Z” was detained by the FGE of Quintana Roo over the weekend.
Eloy “Z” was wanted by the Puebla State Attorney General’s Office for his alleged participation in the crime of qualified equal rape to the detriment of a victim of reserved identity.
After the Puebla Prosecutor’s Office carried out the corresponding investigation to locate Eloy “Z”, it was determined that he was in Cancun. The office requested collaboration from Quintana Roo to complete the arrest warrant.
After his arrest, the accused was handed over and transferred by authorities of the Puebla Prosecutor’s Office, who in turn will make him available to the judicial authorities.
